Yashaswini Vasamsetty is the founding attorney of Vasamsetty Law Offices. Being a child of two immigrant parents, she is no stranger to the immigration processes. She knows first-hand the impact your immigration status has on the opportunities afforded to you. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Florida Coastal School of Law. Ms. Vasamsetty is admitted to practice as an attorney in New Jersey. She represents clients, from individuals to large corporations in her practice. Prior to starting her firm, she worked as an Associate Tax Attorney, where she handled tax matters of her clients from all over the United States, from individuals to companies, and everything in between. Her experiences, both personal and professional, fueled her desire to practice immigration.
While in law school, she dedicated most of her spare time at the Immigrant and Human Rights Clinic, handling pro bono cases pertaining Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Asylum claims, T Visas, DACA renewals, and Naturalization.
